Trying to upkeep your daily water intake? It’s hard to do, we know! Let’s face it, plain water can be pretty boring. So, let’s fix that! By infusing flavour into your water, you can both make the taste more exciting, but also you can add nutritional benefits to your water!

Spruce up your water with these fancy infusion ideas!

  1. In a large pitcher, place the desired combination of fruit or herbs. Add ice and fill container with water. Add additional fruit or herbs to garnish, if desired.

Blueberry, Lemon, and Rosemary:

  • 1/2pint blueberries
  • 1lemon thinly sliced
  • 4sprigs fresh rosemary

Strawberry Jalapeno Infused Water:

  • 20 Strawberries diced
  • 6 Jalapenos sliced into chucks – remove all seeds.

This one will stimulate your senses! Sweet yet spicy, you need to try it to believe how good this really does taste!

Ginger Peach Water:

  • 1 thinly cut stem of ginger
  • 3 whole peaches sliced

Not only does the spicy root have strong digestive powers, it’s also packed with anti-inflammatory properties.

Watermelon, Kiwi, and Lime:

  • 1cup watermelon cubes
  • 1kiwi diced or cut into circles
  • 1lime sliced into circles

Mojito Water:

  • 2 stems of Mint leaves
  • Sliced pieces of 2 lemons and 2 limes (the more the better!)
  • A pinch of sugar will make your taste sense explode!

Come happy hour, skip the alcohol and opt for this mojito water instead. Mint and plenty of lime (the more, the better!) team up for a light and tart beverage that won’t leave you with a hangover.  

Strawberry, Basil and Lemon:

  • 1/2cup strawberries stemmed and sliced, fresh or frozen
  • 5 large basil leaves torn
  • 1 lemonthinly sliced

Always on the go and don’t have enough time to mix a jug? Try these recipes as water tray ice cubes and simply pop them into your water bottle on the go!
